Provisional license holder rolls vehicle following crash with parked utility

A NARACOORTE provisional licence holder has been reported for drink driving following a crash at Naracoorte in the early hours of Friday morning.

Just before 1am, police and emergency services were called to Memorial Drive after reports a car had crashed into a parked car and rolled onto its side.

The driver and his passenger were not injured in the collision.

Police breath tested the driver, who was the holder of a P2 licence, and he produced a blood alcohol reading of .114.

The 18-year-old man was reported for drink driving and aggravated driving without due care.

He was issued with a six month instant loss of licence and will be summonsed to appear in the Naracoorte Magistrates Court.
