Insurance firm shines bright

WILLOW General Insurance has entered 2021 on a high after being awarded the prestigious Business Excellence Award at the virtual 2020 Insurance House Awards.

The much-revered accolade recognised the Willow General Insurance team for its high performance across several areas of the insurance business, including operational growth despite the challenging environment created by the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Willow General Insurance team, led by managing director Tanya Coxon and insurance account manager Jamie Hunter, was also credited with a premium level of performance in their commitment to risk and compliance, ongoing professional development and insurance broking best practice.

A branch of the Mount Gambier based Willow Financial Services business, the Willow General Insurance team is known for its high level of care displayed in its work.

Through great levels of leadership, imagination, and professionalism, they are always striving to go above and beyond for their clients, and be there for them in their
