Warrawindi Farms 17th Annual Ram Sale

TOP STOCK: Warrawindi Farms conducted its 17th Annual Ram Sale.

Strong support was shown locally and through the Auction Plus platform at last week’s Warrawindi Farms 17th Annual Ram Sale.

The sale kicked off with Border Leicester and East Friesian Rams selling to most states.

The top priced ram being Lot 10 for $6600 going to Deniqulin, NSW, to an average of $2409.

19 Suffolk rams were offered and sold to a top of $3000 also going NSW, with an average of $1400.

123 Poll Dorset rams sold to a top of $3600, with an average of $1495.

Considering the sale had to be delayed by two weeks because of the Covid lockdown in the Wattle Range Council, the sale was very successful with rams within everyone’s budget.

The sale was conducted by TDC Livestock & Property in conjunction with Nutrien Mount Gambier.

Warrawindi will conduct an online Auctions Plus sale of high index spring drop ram on November 26 at 12.30pm (SA Time).

Comprising of:

22 Border Leicesters

24 Border Leicester x East Friesian Rams
