Keeping active on holidays

Port MacDonnell Community Complex hosted a successful October school holiday program with around 150 participants across its in-library activities.

A trial of take-home craft packs also proved popular with over 100 sent out across the two-week period.

Weekly Story Time sessions also resumed for the first time since early 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Grant District Council staff worked hard during Term 3 to adapt its programming to coronavirus restrictions.

The successful school holiday program was complemented by the popularity of Port MacDonnell’s new pump track, which was frequented by residents and visitors alike.
