MUSIC ICON: Ian Moss will arrive in Mount Gambier on March 20 next year on his national solo tour.

ONE of the nation’s most renowned guitar-playing singers will bring his popular solo tour to the South East next year.

After sold out shows across Australia, Ian Moss has added more dates to his national solo “intimate and acoustic” regional tour with Mount Gambier now on the map.

Since the 1970s, “Mossy” has been respected as one of Australia’s most iconic musicians, delivering an iconic sound and long being a key figure in seminal rock band Cold Chisel.

While primarily recognised as an axeman of tenacity and sweet melodic sensibility, he delivers distinctive vocals that are an essential signature to his soulful, bluesy sound.

The performance will showcase songs from his self-titled album Mossy, including Tuckers Daughter, Never Before, Telephone Booth, Such A Beautiful Thing, Bow River and many more.

Mr Ross will be perform on March 20 at the Sir Robert Helpmann Theatre.
