Demon’s look to return to winner’s circle

BARBER Shield cricket heads into its second one-day competition of the season, with South Gambier and Mil Lel to face off on Blue Lake Sports Park’s turf wicket tomorrow.

The two sides are the only ones in the competition to be defeated this season, after the tie between East Gambier and Penola last week.

South was defeated by West Gambier, while Mil Lel went down to North Sportsman’s in a disappointing display of cricket.
