NEW AGREEMENT REACHED: South East Animal Welfare League President Trevor Twilley and City of Mount Gambier General Manager Corporate and Regulatory Services Jane Fetherstonhaugh with Cookie and Waffles, two staffy cross puppies found roaming in the Conroe Heights area and subsequently impounded last week.
