Big field for twilight shoot

THE South East Field and Game association recently held a Wednesday afternoon/twilight compak sporting clays shoot at Burrungule Park, where 53 shooters nominated for the O`Connor and Graney/K&S Fuels sponsored event.

Jeremy Kent took out the Gambier Shooting Supplies High Gun with a total of 47/50.

Danny Bellinger was too strong in AA Grade, while A Grade went to Geoffrey McLean.

Simon Withers claimed B Grade, while sponsors Matt Burdon and Michael Quirke took out the C Grade category with 28/50.

the Senior category went to Christopher Wright, while Neville Kent claimed the veterans and Nicola Harradine the women’s.

William VonStanke won the sub junior section, with Kody Vanderhorst claiming a narrow victory in juniors.

The next Shoot is on Monday April 26 Burrungule Park, with a 50 target sporting clays and a 20 target compak.

High Gun: Jeremy Kent 47/50.

AA Grade: Danny Bellinger 47/50; Chris Vonstanke Jnr 44/50; Ron Rhook 43/50.

A Grade: Geoffrey McLean 41/50; Ross Stevens 39/50; Steven Scheidl 38/50.

C Grade: Mathew Burdon 28/50; Michael Quirke 28/50; Mathew Lucas 24/50.

Sub-Junior: William Von Stanke 32/50; Kain Ashby 28/50; Shakielle Von Stanke 25/50.

Senior: Christopher Wright 46/50; Ernie Scheidl 44/50; Greg Kessegian 40/50.

Veteran: Neville Kent 43/50; Peter Klieve 40/50; Kevin Dyson 39/50.
