AFTER performing a packed out final concert on October 26 rock band OATH, along with their supporting acts Low Expectations and Incarnation, have shared the proceeds with two charities.
Members from the three bands recently presented the Royal Flying Doctor Service with $670, while the South East Junction received $470.
OATH drummer Ken Lane estimated a crowd of around 200 people turned out to the Millicent Gliding Club to see the band rock one final time.
“It was a great night for the gliding club as well, it was very profitable, with huge bar takings,” OATH drummer Ken Lane said.
“It was a very successful night and the crowd was excellent, really appreciative.”
OATH, Low Expectations and Incarnation all played for free.
“As a band, OATH wants to thank Incarnation and Low Expectations for being part of our final show and also a huge thank you to everyone who supported the night,” Mr Lane said.
“We also want to say thanks to everyone who has supported us over the last seven years.”
