A FORMER South East school teacher who was accused of maintaining an unlawful sexual relationship with a child has had the charge dropped by prosecution.
Seaford Heights man Nathaneal James Todd, 32, walked free from the Mount Gambier District Court on October 15.
The case was set to go to trial during the October district court circuit.
