RENDELSHAM residents and lifestyle coaches Don and Aileen Sforcina will host a series of seminars providing in-depth education on losing weight and staying active.
The first Jump into Health seminar will be held on Sunday at the Millicent Civic and Arts Centre from 3pm.
The couple has travelled Australia for more than 24 years and delivered the nutrition and healthy eating workshops across the country.
Mr Sforcina said the lifestyle coaching program had helped hundreds of people to live healthier lives and prevent diseases such as diabetes, arthritis, asthma, heart disease and cancer.
“This program is suitable for the whole family, so come along and enjoy a fun and fact filled series of seminars that will boost you and your family’s health,” he said.
The two-hour seminars include lectures, natural remedy demos, vegetarian cooking, food tasting, video clips, tips on juicing and easy ways to lose weight.
The program will run for two weeks, with seminars held on Wednesdays and Thursdays at 7pm and Sundays at 3pm.
Seminar one is free to the public and following sessions will cost $10 per person or $20 per family per session, with concession discounts available.
