Lamb restrictions eased as market prices sit at record high

ON PAR: The Australian lamb industry has aligned its policy on what is classed as a lamb with its biggest export competitor New Zealand this week. Under the new regulations, a a lamb will no longer be classed as a hogget when its permanent incisors erupt as long as the teeth are not in wear.
