PENOLA welcomed The Australian Army Band on Sunday to mark the opening of the town’s commemorative walk and remembrance pavers.
The band entertained crowds while marching along Penola’s streets with the Naracoorte Third Light Horse Regiment, before arriving at the town square.
Veterans SA director Rob Manton officially unveiled a brass plaque in recognition of the opening, before the band treated audiences to an array of tunes.
