A MOTORIST died overnight last Tuesday following a car rolling on the Princes Highway at Ashville south of Tailem Bend.
Just before 12.30am, police and emergency services crews were called to the scene between Tailem Bend and Meningie.
The male driver and only occupant of the car died at the scene.
Police major crash investigators from Adelaide attended to examine the circumstances surrounding the crash and temporary traffic restrictions were applied.
The state’s road toll stands at seven compared to six at the same time last year.
