TWO Mount Gambier men were caught driving under the influence on Saturday.
At around 12.25am, a patrol stopped a car in Mount Gambier and the male driver underwent a breath test.
He returned a positive reading of 0.175.
The 37-year-old Mount Gambier man was reported for exceeding the prescribed concentration of alcohol, was issued a 12-month immediate loss of licence notice and his car was impounded for 28 days.
Police stopped a car on Wehl Street North at around 1.35am and the male driver underwent a breath test.
He returned a positive reading and was taken to Mount Gambier police station for further testing.
He refused the second test at the station and was reported for failing to comply with police directions regarding the breath test and driving with a disqualified licence.
He was issued a 12-month immediate loss of licence notice.
Both men will be summonsed to appear in court at a later date.
