MOUNT Gambier City Council will progress a number of engineering projects across the city in November.
The removal of 13 weeping willow trees on Crouch Street South has been completed, with footpath paving now 20pc completed.
The streetscaping works form part of the six-year Mount Gambier City Centre Redevelopment Project.
A walkway linking Margaret Street to the Rail Lands precinct with adjoining public toilets is 95pc completed.
Road reconstruction on Commercial Street East and Sturt Street is 50pc completed and 20pc completed respectively.
Site earthworks and tree removal at Eucalypt Drive ahead of the construction of a city reuse market is 50pc completed.
Railway Terrace reconstruction is 10pc completed while North Terrace reconstruction is 40pc completed.
Construction on Bishop Road and footpath construction on John Street is completed.
Footpath paving on Elizabeth Street has been completed and the former St John Ambulance Building at Frew Park has been demolished.
