Harvey Norman Reader’s Choice winners

THE Harvey Norman and The Border Watch 2017 Gold Cup Fashion Readers Choice Awards nominations have been counted after the community weighed in on their stand-out outfits from the event.

The Border Watch readers voted for their favourite looks from the Scott Group of Companies Mount Gambier Gold Cup Fashions on the Field, with pictures of each contestant published in the newspaper last week, along with voting slips.

Readers were unable to pick just one winner from the range of stunning outfits presented to them in the women’s category, resulting in a three way tie in the voting between contestants Megan Dempsey, Ilana Adams and Amy McClelland.

Contestant Megan Dempsy wore a neutral coloured flowing floral piece with a stunning floral crown to compliment the outfit.

Fashions on the field winner Ilana Adams once again gained attention for her tailor made dress, inspired by a Valentino outfit.

Amy McClelland wore a classic black and white floral full length dress with an elegant fascinator to compliment her outfit.

The men’s best dressed winner went to Chris Gill, who wore a sky blue blazer over his blue and white patterned shirt, finished with a neutral bow tie.

For a third year in a row Imogene Ryan and Michael Krieger took out the best dressed couple with Ms

Ryan wearing a red two piece outfit and Mr Krieger making a bold statement with a matching red tie.

Lucky reader Valma Benson’s vote was also randomly drawn to receive a $50 voucher from Harvey Norman.

Winners of the Harvey Normans Readers Choice awards receive a $50 Harvey Norman voucher and are able to collect their prize from The Border Watch office.
