Students swim to carnival victory

Open boys diving in to begin their butterfly race.

THE three Penola High School houses once again battled it out in the school’s annual 2018 interhouse Swimming Carnival.

Conditions were warm for the event, with many supporters turning out to cheer from the sidelines.

“This year has produced a fantastic year of swimming, with the high numbers of students participating accompanied by strong swimmers in every age group making for some fantastic finishes,” Penola High School physical education teacher Chloe Long said.

The team scores were close all day, with Torilla and Yalluminga
