Archery: Freeman sets indoor benchmark

INDOOR and outdoor archery was on the Blue Lake Archers’ schedule last week with good attendance noted at both.

A twin round of Australian 25 metre indoor rounds was on the menu Friday night followed on Sunday afternoon with a three distance WA 60/900 outdoor round.

Six archers competed at the indoor venue, each using an individual 60 cm target face at 25 metres.

Good performances were noted right from the first scored arrows, with a pair of perfect 60-point scores recorded by Paul Freeman and Graham Lock to open their ledgers for the night.
