Chainsaw incident leads to police investigation

MOUNT Gambier Police are investigating an incident in which a man allegedly used a chainsaw to threaten another man after being involved in a minor collision in the city’s Coles car park last Tuesday night.

Police were called to the scene on James Street at around 8pm after reports of a minor crash between two vehicles.

A man driving one of the cars allegedly threatened the other driver with a chainsaw before driving away in a white Ford Falcon station wagon with Victorian registration PIE555.
